| Prices include VAT where applicable Delivery Times & ChargesSubject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt, and delivery will be 1 - 2 working days later to U.K. mainland addresses. However, to play safe, please allow 5 working days as there will be times when the volume of orders will prevent the carriers from achieving this goal (the lead-up to Christmas is just one example).
We may, occasionally, have to send part of the order whilst we are awaiting the remaining items to come back into stock. In these instances we do not make any further shipping charge when despatching the remainder of the order.
If there is likely to be any undue delay to your order we will attempt to contact you be phone or e-mail.
If, for any reason, the carriers cannot deliver the package they will attempt to contact you by phone (if we have your number). Should that fail they will attempt a second delivery the next working day and then leave a card with their phone number asking you to contact them. The goods will then be held for 7 days before being returned to us.
Upon receipt of the goods we will refund your card with the cost of the goods and invite you to re-order should you so wish. In these cases the original carriage cost is non-refundable.

This is our standard delivery charge for the majority of U.K. Mainland orders. However, there are some exceptions to this as follows:
Paper: £11.00

Large sheets of paper require special handling and extra packaging to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

Very Large or Extra Heavy Items: Charged at Cost.
These items include presses, drying racks, plan-chests and the like. The delivery charge will depend on the item itself and where we are sending it to. The charges for these items will be shown next to the item.

It's a sad fact of life that all carriers put heavy surcharges onto deliveries into these areas.
Standard Packages: £14.99
Most orders are sent via Parcel Force on a fully insured and trackable service.
Small Packages: £5.50
Orders weighing less than 1kg and that fit into a 28 x 38cm 'Jiffy Bag' can be sent via Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service.
Our shopping cart will do it's best to work out which shipping rate to charge. If it guesses too high, we will process your order and refund the difference automatically. If the guess is too low, we will contact you before processing your order.
Very Large or Extra Heavy Items: Charged at Cost.

Our shopping cart will assume that we have to send your order via a carrier in a single parcel and will make a £16.00 charge for carriage. If, however, we can send the item via the post, we will manually alter your order to £4.25 carriage and refund your card with the difference. If, for any reason, the actual carriage charge is higher than the shopping cart's estimate we will contact you for approval before processing your order.
Republic of Ireland.
Our shopping cart will assume that we have to send your order via a carrier in a single parcel and will make a £15.28 (including VAT) charge for carriage. If, however, we can send the item via the post, we will manually alter your order to and refund your card with the difference. If, for any reason, the actual carriage charge is higher than the shopping cart's estimate we will contact you for approval before processing your order.
Europe & the Rest of the World.
We will always try to ship your goods by the cheapest insured service. Some items, for instance, can be sent via registered airmail, others have to go by courier.
Our shopping cart isn't clever enough to cope with the endless permutations of overseas carriage charges so it will assume that the order weighs 5kg and will be sent by courier in a single parcel. We will never charge you more than the estimated carriage charge without your prior approval. However, there may be times when we can charge you less. In this case we will process your order without delay and refund your credit/debit card with the difference.
