| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch orders within one working day and we will endeavour to contact you if there is likely to be any delay. Occasionally, we may have to send part of the order whilst we are awaiting the remaining items to come back into stock. In these instances we do not make any further shipping charge when dispatching the remainder of the order. |
| Delivery Schedule Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders within one working days of receipt, and delivery will be 1 - 2 working days later to U.K. mainland addresses. However, to play safe, please allow 5 working days as there will be times when the volume of orders will prevent us from achieving that goal (the lead-up to Christmas is just one example). Occasionally, we may have to send part of the order whilst we are awaiting the remaining items to come back into stock. In these instances we do not make any further shipping charge when dispatching the remainder of the order. If there is likely to be any undue delay to your order we will attempt to contact you be phone or e-mail. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will then send on the missing items automatically as soon as they come back into stock. There is no additional delivery charges for these items. |
| V.A.T. & Sales Taxes All item prices listed on the shopping pages include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise and are shown in British Pounds (GBP). However, the checkout pages and invoice will list the VAT separately. The reason for this is to counter any rounding-up errors. For example, 10 sheets of paper costing £1 each excluding VAT would actually be invoiced at £11.75 inclusive of VAT, whereas the VAT inclusive price would be £11.80 (10 x £1.18). V.A.T. is charged on all orders delivered to United Kingdom and European Union addresses. Orders delivered to an address outside of the European Union will not be charged V.A.T. The current rate of V.A.T. is 17.5%. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee We offer a "no quibble" 12 month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. In addition you may return any item to us in its original condition (together with all original packaging) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the item or exchange. We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error. This does not effect your statutory rights. |

| Returns Policy You may cancel you order at any time prior to despatch and any money you have paid will be refunded in full. The only exception to this is if you have ordered an item that has been manufactured for you, or for items designed to your own specification. Orders cancelled after despatch may be returned to us in their original condition (together with all original packaging) within 14 days for full refund or exchange.
