Dr Martin's dye based inks have been used by designers, illustrators and artists since 1934. They are ideal for work that is going to be reproduced as the colours are affected by prolonged exposure to light, however there are many protective sprays that have UV filters that can be used to protect them from the sun.Â
Although the inks have a poor light fastness they are extremely vibrant, brilliant colours, making them a joy to use.
All Dr PH Martin's products are vegan, they contain no animal derivatives or parts in any of their products and where binders are needed they only use synthetic and USDA grade vegetable glycerine.Â
