Free delivery: spend over £75
Applies UK mainland only, 2-3 working days. Excludes Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands
Economy - Royal Mail Delivery: £3.50
3-5 working days, size and weight restrictions may apply (untracked)
2-3 working days with time slot provided on day of delivery (tracked)
Express/priority delivery*: £9.99 for normal orders, £15.99 for bulky items
Your order will receive priority in our warehouse and will leave the same day provided it is placed before 12pm *subject to stock availability
2-3 working days. Large sheets of paper require special handling and extra packaging to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

We will keep your items ready for collection 14 days from the date of this email. Once this time expires your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Oversized Items: £9.99
Saturday Delivery: £14.95
Orders must be placed before 12pm between Monday - Friday (UK mainland only)
Very Large or Extra Heavy Items: Charged at Cost.
These items include presses, drying racks, plan-chests and the like. The delivery charge will depend on the item itself and where we are sending it to. The charges for these items are based on postal code and will require a custom quote from the Lawrence Art Supplies team.
All prices shown include VAT.
Please allow between 7-14 days for delivery. There are now additional customs checks and paperwork that need to be completed which may cause a slight delay in delivery times.
Depending on the value/weight of your order, you will have either one or two choices when it comes to carriage which are:
Economy 3-5 Working Days - Royal Mail £3.50
Standard 2-3 Working Days - DHL £14.99
In some cases we may not be able to use the Economy Royal Mail. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss these charges.
Our shopping cart will assume that we have to send your order via a carrier in a single parcel and will make a £17.13 charge for carriage. If, for any reason, the actual carriage charge is higher than the shopping cart's estimate we will contact you for approval before processing your order.
Republic of Ireland
Our shopping cart will assume that we have to send your order via a carrier in a single parcel and will make a £21.64 charge for carriage. If the actual carriage cost is less than estimated we will manually alter your order and refund the difference to your original payment method. If the actual carriage charge is higher than the shopping cart's estimate we will contact you before processing your order.
Europe & the Rest of the World
We always use DHL Express
Our shopping cart will estimate that the order weighs 4kg and will be sent by courier in a single parcel by the cheapest rate. Once we weigh the parcel(s) volumetrically we will be able to provide a more accurate carriage cost. We will never charge you more than the estimated carriage charge without your prior approval. There may be times when the carriage charge is lower and in this case we will process your order without delay and refund your original payment method the difference in price.
If you need an exact carriage charge before ordering please contact us with your full delivery address and the items you would like to order. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a quotation.
Please note that our delivery charges do not include and taxes or import duties that may be imposed by the recipient's customs authorities. We have no way of knowing if these charges may be imposed or how much they may be. We would advise you to contact your local customs office for advice.
Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If you wish to return an item:
You may cancel your order at any time within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned, unused and in the same condition as you received them, at your expense. You must obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for any returns lost or damaged in transit. We quality check all of our returns and if they do not meet our policy conditions your return may be declined.
We will refund you the cost of the goods to your original payment method (excluding the initial delivery charges).
If your items arrived damaged you must report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photos (including of how the parcel arrived to you).
Items exempted from the Distance Selling Regulations include items made or modified to order (presses, press blankets, paper or metal cut to order) and DVD's.
Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first. We will need to initiate a returns procedure to ensure that the returned goods are identified and that any refund or exchange is done as quickly as possible.
