THE RANGE
The Ladd: with a small face and firm flex, this knive is easy to control. Ideal for artists that work small or use a knife for detailed mark-making. Colour dip: Olive Green.
The Hoyt: angled blade offering new and different mark-making possibilities. Ideal for making bold, thick marks. Colour dip: Transparent Earth Yellow.
The Robert: Robert Gamblin’s favorite, Japanese-inspired blade with a long edge. Ideal for cutting sharp lines and dropping crisp marks. Stiff and bouncy. Colour dip: Cadmium Red Light.
The Taylor: The longest knife in the range, suitable for working big, creating large color mixtures, blocking in large areas and smoothing the texture or edges of your painting. Colour dip: Gamblin Blue.
The Division Place: A classic blade shape and size that has served artists for centuries. An excellent all-purpose choice and must-have for every studio. Colour dip: Naples Orange.
The Raymond: It cuts crisp, tight edges and cleanly moves paint around a palette. Ideal size for most painters. Large enough for mixing and mark-making, short and stiff enough for control and fine detail. Colour dip: Portland Warm Grey.
