The Montana TECH series offers different sprays as a perfect addition to Montana colour and effect sprays. Besides three Varnishes there are now four special Primers for professional pre-treatment of different surfaces. ACETONE spray serves as a thinner or cleaner. Montana REMOVER can be used to remove paint residues from cement and other surfaces. A further new innovation are the Montana ADHESIVES, which are offered in both permanent and repositionable (great for use with stencils and patterns).

Grey texture spray to generate sculptured impasto surfaces. Suitable for creative works of all kinds, as well as filling material to patch up small irregularities such as cracks, holes or as a foundation. Applicable on many different surfaces such as wood, glass, stone, ceramics, porcelain, acrylic and other non-elastic surfaces. By spraying your object with a thick layer of the TEXTURE spray, the foundation will be coated with a high-grade, well adhering substance that can be molded while wet to achieve the desired structure.

The structure spray can be wet sanded after a very short drying time. After thoroughly dry and cured, TEXTURE spray can be top-coated with many common lacquer types. The TEXTURE spray has good adherence and is highly water resistant. TEXTURE spray offers a high layering and thick filling capacity due to excellent paint stability. TEXTURE spray offers increased anticorrosive protection to the surfaces it is applied to.

The Montana UNIVERSAL PRIMER is the perfect tool for the job when you want to create a neutral surface of which to apply further coatings onto. As an all rounder of the Montana PRIMER range, the UNIVERSAL PRIMER is the primer for those who just want one primer for varied surfaces. The Montana UNIVERSAL PRIMER is ideal for sealing and preparing surfaces for the efficient application of further color coats. The UNIVERSAL PRIMER assists in adhesion, maximizes coverage of further coatings, seals porous surfaces and protects from the elements. It offers resistance against rust, a smooth surface to work on and generally prepare and protect a substrate for further coating. The Montana UNIVERSAL also increases the durability of surfaces once coated. We suggest trialing on a non-visible area of your material to test for compatibility. You can apply any Montana-Cans color,TECH or EFFECT spray over the UNIVERSAL PRIMER once it has dried and cured. Montana UNIVERSAL PRIMER will increase the intensity and longevity of the coatings applied over it. Curing time is 24 or more hours depending on ambient temperature and moisture levels. The Montana UNIVERSAL PRIMER is a white colored, semi gloss coating, in a Nitro-Combi based composition which achieves a neutral color base for the application of any of the Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK or Montana WHITE color range. Montana UNIVERSAL PRIMER can be applied to wood, metal, firm paper, cardboard, concrete, ceramic and other materials. Smooth, even application is effortless thanks to the Montana FLAT JET Medium cap which is standard on the can. To vary the spray application, why not try the Montana FLAT JET WIDE, the FAT CAP GOLD/BLACK or any of the Montana LEVEL 1-3 caps. Ensure all surfaces are completely clean and free of dust, oils and rust. In cases where rust is present, ensure all rust is removed before application.

USE: Apply primer in several thin layers spraying before the previous coat is fully dry, but with 1 or 2 minutes between each pass. Further coats might require a drying time of 24 hours or more depending on substrate. Always test spray on a non-visible area to check compatibility of lacquer or paint. For optimal lifespan, store cans always with the nozzle on.

The Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is the perfect tool for the job when you want to create a neutral surface of which to apply further coatings onto plastic surfaces. PLASTIC PRIMER is ideal for sealing and preparing plastic materials for the efficient application of color coats. The PLASTIC PRIMER assists in adhesion, maximize coverage of further coatings, seals porous surfaces and reduces the risk of tearing and cracking. Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is a surface preparer that can be used on hard plastics such as: polyurethane (PUR), polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), polypropylene rubber, modified (EPDM), acrylic butadiene styrene plastics (ABS), glass-fibre reinforced plastics (GfK), hard polyvinyl chloride (Hard-PVC). Due to the varied chemical make-up of plastics we suggest trialing on a non-visible area of your material to test for compatibility. You can apply any Montana-Cans color, TECH or EFFECT spray over the PLASTIC PRIMER once it has dried and cured. Montana PLASTIC PRIMER will increase the intensity and longevity of the coatings applied over it. Curing time is 24 or more hours depending on ambient temperature and moisture levels. The Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is a semi gloss, transparent white in color in the form of a Nitro-Combi based coating which achieves a neutral color base for the application of any of the Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK or Montana WHITE color range. Smooth, even application is effortless thanks to the Montana FLAT JET Medium cap which is standard on the can. To vary the spray stroke application why not try the Montana FLAT JET WIDE, the FAT CAP GOLD/BLACK or any of the Montana LEVEL 1-3 caps. Due to possible expansion and contraction of all plastics, for best results remember to keep your plastic projects out of extreme weather conditions or temperature changes. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free of all dust and oils before applying the PLASTIC PRIMER. The Montana PLASTIC PRIMER is not recommended for use with soft plastics.

Acid-free, quick drying, clear varnish made of acrylic base. No yellowing or de-saturation. For interior and exterior use. Can be used for art, hobby, crafts and DIY. Available in gloss, semi-gloss, matte finish. Gloss level shown on donut (see top of can). Protects and fixes paint on surfaces like canvas, paper, charcoal drawing, bast fibre, wood, photos, etc. Protects against oxidation and UV light. The more coats applied, the stronger the UV protection. During application, protect the object and the surrounding area from spray. Surfaces should be dry, clean of dust, oils and rust before applying the varnish.

Shake can well for 2-3 minutes upside down to take advantage of gravity. Remove the safety ring by removing the nozzle and turning the can upside down allowing it to fall out. Then re-apply the nozzle. Apply varnish in several thin layers, spraying before the previous coat is fully dry  but with 2 minutes between each pass. Further coats might require a drying time of 24 hours or more depending on substrate.  For optimal lifespan, always store cans with the nozzle on. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SYNTHETIC BASE LACQUERS. Always test spray on a non-visible area to check compatibility of lacquer or paint.

Montana ACETONE spray also known as CAP CLEANER is a universal thinner and cleaning agent that is transparent in color. Removes residues of paint, lacquer, silicone, wax, tar, de-greasing. Suitable for pre-treatment before painting objects or to remove paint residues after painting. Can be used on porcelain, glass, ceramics, blank metals and others. Evaporates quickly without leaving residues. Non-corrosive. Always test spray on a non-visible area to check for any reactions to lacquer or paint, especially when used on plastic grounds as it may etch synthetic surfaces. Perfect when used as CAP CLEANER to clean used and clocked nozzles. Put used nozzles on the ACETONE CAN and clean by spraying. Test spray on a non-visible area to check for any reactions to lacquer or paint.

Pollution free etching spray for most usual types of lacquer. Montana REMOVER spray dissolves and removes lacquers quick and thoroughly. Do not use on cars! Application is possible on many surfaces such as, walls, clay bricks, stone, concrete surfaces, marble, asphalt, glass, metal and wooden surfaces. It becomes a gel-like  consistency, to keep from running off vertical surfaces. Application on non-ferrous metals might cause discoloration. Content is ph-neutral.

USE: Surfaces should be dry, clean of dust, oils and rust before paint application. Check the firmness and stability of the basic color on painted or lacquered grounds at an inconspicuous spot. Sensitive areas, which you do not want to treat, should be covered carefully with a protective sheeting. Spray generously and let act for approx. 10 - 15 minutes. Depending on quality and age of the paint you want to remove, the acting time can be shortened or extended up to 24 hours. Then scrape off with a suitable tool. If necessary, wash off with cellulose nitrate dilutent or just with water. In case of very porous grounds, use a wire brush. If necessary, repeat the procedure. Before application of new paint, all residues of Montana REMOVER have to be removed.
